What It Is

Administrative support is the back bone of Strategic Office Support. I established my business on the concept of helping entrepreneurs and small businesses with their administrative functions; and have branched out from there to include marketing, operations, and project management.

Administrative support services can vary greatly from client to client because every business has different strengths and weaknesses. If it falls under office duties, then it falls under Administrative Services.

Word Processing

Word processing consists of creating and formatting documents with a professional eye for detail and consistency.

Word processing can include creating and formatting reports, cover letters, resumes, event programs, newsletters, and technical documents. We are also happy to make suggestions on content and graphics based on our experience.

We specialize in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher,Live Cycle and Adobe Acrobat.

Mailings

A mail campaign can be a valuable marketing tool, but it can also consume a great deal of time and resources.

We can save you time by organizing and preparing any business or personal mailings, as well as, assist in the design, creation, and formatting of your mailings.

This service can include invitations, thank you letters, holiday cards, promotional material, and newsletters (print or email).

We are proficient in setting up mail merge files and using software such as Send Out Cards.

Calendar management allows you to worry less about your schedule and focus more on your next appointment.

We can implement scheduling software, help track appointments, and alert you to upcoming events that may be of interest. We can do it for a solo-preneur or a team.

We do all this through the use of interactive technology that allows you to continue to access and utilize your calendar as you normally would; and it can be easily integrated with your smart phone or desktop.
